Tacos&Miches Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Tacos&Miches Loyalty Program (“Program”). By registering for the Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. The Program is open to all customers who are at least 18 years old.
2. Employees of Tacos&Miches and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Registration

1. To register, scan the QR code provided on the promotional flyer or visit our website.
2. Upon successful registration, you will receive a complimentary soda (“Sign-up Reward”).

Sign-up Reward

1. The Sign-up Reward is limited to one soda per registered account.
2. The soda cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
3. The Sign-up Reward must be claimed within 15 days of registration.

Loyalty Rewards

1. For every 5 visits to Tacos&Miches, you will receive a Loyalty Reward.
2. The nature of the Loyalty Reward will be determined by the Tacos&Miches administration and may vary.
3. Loyalty Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of being issued.

General Conditions

1. Tacos&Miches reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the Program will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of rewards.
3. Tacos&Miches is not responsible for any technical issues that may hinder the registration process.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Tacos&Miches Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Tacos&Miches outlet is located.
